Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Only registered businesses with a valid Business ID are eligible to use the service.
• By using our services, you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement with Avlio / VP-Tuote Oy.

2. Account Registration

• To use Avlio services, you must register and provide personal, employment, and financial information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and accurate.
• You agree to update your information if it changes.

3. Personal Data and Consent

By using our services, you consent to:

• The collection, processing, and storage of your personal, financial, and transactional information.
• Sharing necessary information with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics platforms) to facilitate services.
• Compliance with KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and other legal obligations.

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

4. Loan Terms

• Loan Amount: €100 per loan.
• Fixed Fee: €8 per loan.
• Repayment Term: 14 days from loan issuance.
• Late Payment: If the loan is not repaid by the due date, a €5 reminder fee will be charged.
• Debt Collection: Outstanding balances after the reminder may be transferred to external collection agencies.

Discretionary Approval:

• All loan applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is discretionary.
• Avlio may reject any loan application at its sole discretion, even if previous loans have been approved, without providing specific reasons.

5. Payments and Fees

• You agree to repay all loans and fees according to the repayment schedule.
• Avlio may deduct payments automatically from your registered account.
• Accounts with outstanding balances or unpaid obligations cannot be closed until all obligations are fulfilled.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for repayment.

6. Use of Services

• You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You shall not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or misuse Avlio's services.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and trademarks provided by Avlio are owned by or licensed to Avlio / VP-Tuote Oy.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Avlio content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• Avlio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
• Liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts actually paid by you for the relevant services.
• Avlio does not guarantee the approval of any loan. The service is not financial advice.

9. Termination

• Avlio may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of Terms, illegal activity, or regulatory compliance issues.
• You may request termination of your account; however, accounts with outstanding balances or unpaid obligations cannot be closed until all obligations are fulfilled.
• Avlio reserves the right to withhold account closure and/or access until obligations are fully settled.

10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

• Loan applications and risk assessments may involve automated decision-making.
• You may request a manual review of any automated decision.
• Logic and consequences of automated processing will be provided upon request.

11. Changes to Terms

• Avlio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• The most current version will always be available on the website.
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless otherwise required by law.
